Reviews and Ratings
I loved the hotel's location, set in a picturesque valley only a kilometer from a cute small town. The rooms were cozy and had lovely views to the west, but being right on top of the kitchens was a bit noisy at times. The service, especially from the young blonde receptionist, had a warm touch, though it felt like the managers could be more attentive. Dining offered a decent selection, including a vegetarian option, but a heads-up about scrambled eggs would have been nice. The facilities were good overall, with an outside hot tub adding to the charm.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area with easy access to the town center. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and offer a luxurious spa bath experience; however, the communal areas may not be promptly cleaned. The dining experience, while providing a vegetarian option, lacks proper communication on menu items. The staff are generally nice, with a few exceptions, and the managers could be more attentive. The hotel features beautiful gardens but may lack proper heating in the restaurant.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful gardens and the short walk along the river path to the town center. The service was somewhat lacking, especially with the young blonde receptionist and the managers spending more time drinking coffee than attending to guests' needs. The room was cozy with a king-size bed and a private balcony, but the shower temperature for our children was not ideal. The dining experience offered a vegetarian option, but the plates could have been larger. Overall, the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere at a good value for money.
